Perfectly suited for work areas measuring 1000*1000mm with CO2 laser machines, the PA-1000FS excels in filtering fumes, collecting dust, and absorbing strong odors during non-metal laser cutting/engraving on materials like Acrylic, plastic, PVC, paper, marble, ABS, glass, rubber, wood, plywood, MDF, and more.
 

The laser fume extractor is engineered for optimal fume filtration and dust collection in CO2 Laser cutting/engraving non-metal settings. With an air flow of 1000m3/h and a blower capacity of 750W, it includes a sophisticated 4-layer filter system, ensuring exceptional air purification performance.

The 1st layer employs a G3 Primary filter, effectively removing large and heavy particles, smoke, and dust (>=5 Micron).
The 2nd layer is equipped with an F8 medium efficiency bag filter, efficiently capturing large particles, smoke, and dust (>=1 Micron).

 

The 3rd layer consists of an H13 class HEPA filter, expertly designed to eliminate small particles (>=0.01 Micron) and smoke.
 

The 4th layer features an Activated carbon filter, adept at absorbing unpleasant smells and toxic gases.
