The Pure-Air PA-1000FS laser fume extractor is expertly crafted for fume filtration and dust collection in non-metal laser cutting/engraving. Ideal for a working area of 1000*1000mm CO2 laser machines, the PA-1000FS performs exceptionally, filtering fumes, capturing dust, and neutralizing strong odors during the cutting/engraving of materials like acrylic, plastic, PVC, paper, marble, ABS, glass, rubber, wood, plywood, MDF, and more.
 

The laser fume extractor is meticulously engineered for CO2 laser cutting/engraving of non-metal materials. With an impressive air flow rate of 1000m3/h and a robust 750W blower capacity, it incorporates a sophisticated 4-layer filtering system, ensuring unparalleled air purification.

The first layer features a G3 Primary filter, expertly removing substantial particles, smoke, and dust (>=5 Microns).
The second layer employs an F8 medium efficiency bag filter, efficiently eliminating larger particles, smoke, and dust (>=1 Micron).

 

The third layer boasts an H13 class HEPA filter, dedicated to capturing minute particles (>=0.01 Micron) and smoke with precision.
 

The fourth layer consists of an Activated Carbon filter, perfectly designed to absorb odors and toxic gases.
