Ideal for use with 1000*1000mm CO2 laser machines, the PA-1000FS demonstrates exceptional performance in filtering fumes, collecting dust, and absorbing strong odors from materials such as acrylic, plastic, PVC, paper, marble, ABS, glass, rubber, wood, plywood, MDF, and more.
 

Our laser fume extractor is perfectly engineered for fume filtration and dust collection with CO2 Laser cutting and engraving on non-metal surfaces. Boasting an air flow of 1000m3/h and a blower capacity of 750W, the PA-1000FS integrates a robust 4-layer filtration system ensuring exceptional air purification.

The 1st layer features a G3 Primary filter, effectively removing large and heavy particles, smoke, and dust (>=5 Microns).
The 2nd layer, an F8 medium efficiency bag filter, adeptly captures large particles, smoke, and dust (>=1 Micron).

 

The 3rd layer houses an H13 class HEPA filter, skillfully eliminating small particles, including smoke, as tiny as (>=0.01 Micron).
 

The 4th layer consists of an Activated carbon filter, proficient in absorbing odors and toxic gases.
